Madame Soufflé Love Soufflé


Soufflé  possibly was invented  as early as 1782, according to Oxford Compantion  to Food.
Therefore Soufflé is definitely timeless classic.I love soufflés not only because of the variant
flavors like strawberry, chocolate, cheese, ice-cream, or even ham, spinach....but also most
soufflé  recipes are quite simple to make, and take only about 30 mins. The fascinating thing
about  making  soufflé is watching  them puff  up in the oven.  It's absolutely fun and easier
than you  might think!
